Overview

We’re hiring a Financial Advisor to serve the members of OCCU (Oregon Community Credit Union) in Eugene, Oregon—through a unique partnership with Priority Financial Group (PFG).

With over $3.4B in assets, OCCU is a purpose-driven, member-owned credit union guided by its mission to Enrich Lives. If you're a licensed advisor looking to step into a growth-ready book with internal referrals, admin support, and marketing assistance, this is the role for you.

• Provide personalized financial advice, planning, and investment strategies
• Work with walk-in traffic and referrals across multiple Eugene-area branches
• Leverage OCCU’s values—tenacity, humility, and big-heartedness—to support the financial wellness of every member

• $60,000 base salary plus commission-based grid payout and 1% annual bonus opportunity
• W2 employment status with full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and 12 paid holidays
• Administrative support and access to dedicated PFG marketing resources

Onsite in Eugene, OR and surrounding branches

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role
• Active Series 7, 65/66, and state insurance licenses required
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound investment judgment
