A company is looking for a VP of Finance to guide the organization through its next stage of scale and complexity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial performance across multiple business lines, building scalable, data-driven models for forecasting and capital allocation
- Serve as a key thought partner to the executive team on financial strategy, growth planning, and risk management
- Lead financial management of value-based care contracts and oversee all accounting, audit, and tax functions
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting, with at least 3 years in digital health
- 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling finance teams
- Strong understanding of corporate practice of medicine compliance and MSO-PC structuring
Ability to communicate financial strategy and insights clearly to executive teams and investors
