This position conducts work on-site at OCCU's headquarters in Eugene, OR. The starting salary range for this role is $65,502 to $81,878 annually.

We are hiring an Assistant Consumer Loan Servicing Manager to support our Titles team. In this role, you will help manage title/DMV processing, collateral protection insurance, and product cancellations, while ensuring the team meets financial, operational, and service goals. The role also involves improving consumer lending quality by tracking issues and suggesting enhancements to leadership.

Applicants must have at least three years of experience in areas such as titles/DMV processing, collateral protection insurance, consumer lending, loan servicing, or similar fields. Additionally, a minimum of two years of direct interaction with members is required. Essential skills include attention to detail, accuracy, quality review, the ability to work both independently and in teams, proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, Adobe, credit union systems, and professional communication.

An associate’s degree and/or experience in consumer lending, collateral protection insurance, or loan servicing is preferred.
