The Culture and Belonging Faculty Fellowship Program affirms Lane’s commitment to cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and accessible working and learning environment. The program seeks to promote the recruitment and retention of faculty experienced in cultural contexts, advancing the careers of historically underrepresented scholars. Two faculty members will receive a one‑year fellowship, including a reassignment of one course for one term, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities.

The Business, Technology, and Trades Division seeks a skilled educator for Business Management courses. Candidates should have content expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Management
- Marketing
- Business Analytics
- Management Communications
- Operations
Faculty fellows will participate in department and division projects, events, and committees.
Responsibilities- Instruction – Provide instruction in varied learning environments (in‑person, online, hybrid). Maintain currency in pedagogies, technologies, and discipline knowledge. Use current technology and appropriate software to enhance delivery and provide timely feedback.
- Student Support Services – Engage and retain students, assist diverse learners, promote accessibility, and collaborate with advising and support staff.
- Professional Responsibilities – Comply with college policies, participate in evaluations, maintain office hours, manage student records, and engage in division and college business and committees.
- Curriculum Design, Improvement, and Planning – Develop and revise courses, incorporate assessment, ensure accessibility, foster collaboration, and support program enrollment pathways.
