Our Social Science Division is seeking to expand its part-time faculty Education pool, both online and in-classroom courses. The primary responsibility of the Education Instructor is to provide quality teaching both online and in-classroom in a full range of community college Education courses which may include;
Classroom Community and Conflict Resolution, Multicultural Education, Foundations of Education; etcetera.
- Beyond the required education and experience, instructors must have a passion for what they teach and have teaching styles that support student success. Instructors are responsible for following Division and College procedures in support of teaching and learning.

Education:
Master's degree in Education or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
Required Experience:
Three (3) years of experience with K-12 ethnically, linguistically or culturally diverse student populations in a classroom context.

- Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
- Training, curriculum development or experience in literacy acquisition and/or, the Science of Reading.
- Teaching experience with community college student populations.
- Experience teaching online
- Experience with learning management systems.
