Working Schedule
  • Part‑Time position; variable work hours each term based on department needs.
  • Schedule may vary with hours increasing during peak periods up to 25 hours per week, up to 1039 hours in a 12‑month period.
  • Two years of post‑secondary education or training with coursework in the area of assignment is required.
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered qualifying.
Required Experience
  • Two years of experience tutoring, mentoring, or otherwise providing one‑on‑one or group guidance to students at the college level is required.
License or Certification Requirements Conditions of Employment

  • Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in subject area for tutoring.
  • Tutoring or other student‑facing work experience at a community college.
  • Work with/experience with recent GIS classes or ARC‑GIS software.
