Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunity - Outpatient Behavioral Health

Position Highlights:
Join a multidisciplinary outpatient behavioral health team in a community-focused medical group Work in a system participating in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration project Involvement in cutting-edge care models, including integrated medical homes and coordinated team-based care Opportunities for telepsychiatry, clinical research (including National Institute of Mental Health studies), and early psychosis intervention Practice in a mission-driven organization with nationally recognized innovation in behavioral health

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management for child and adolescent populations Collaborate closely with integrated behavioral health, primary care, and community-based providers Participate in team-based care delivery with an emphasis on recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approaches Maintain documentation in EPIC EMR Engage in continuous quality improvement and continuing education

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Board certified or board eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Active Oregon medical license (or eligibility) DEA certification Current BLS/CPR certification

Experience with or interest in working within integrated care models and with underserved populations
