POSITION: ASSOCIATE DENTIST – EUGENE & SPRINGFIELD, OR
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated dentist to join a long-standing, high-performing practice in the Eugene/Springfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced providers looking for strong mentorship and a modern clinical environment.
- Earning potential of $250,000+
- MODA/PPO/FFS payor mix
- Mentorship from 10+ seasoned dentists
- Fully digital practice with CBCT, CEREC, and iTero
- Supportive, experienced team
- Full benefits: medical, vision, dental, 401(k)
- Two locations:
Eugene & Springfield - 3–4 days per week
- Team includes 10 doctors, 22 assistants, 26 hygienists
- 14–16 operatories
- DMD/DDS.
- Active or in-process Oregon dental license.
- Commitment to excellent, compassionate patient care.
- New graduates welcome.
