Key Responsibilities- Facilitates resolution of client inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinates special requests and collaborates with internal service teams
- Maintains documentation and analyzes trends for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated proficiency in Group Products such as Disability and Life Insurance
- Two years of client service experience or equivalent in Insurance or Employee Benefits
- Strong knowledge of systems and technology, including Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- College degree preferred
