Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This is a Contract position within the higher education industry, where you will play a vital role in supporting accounting operations and administrative tasks. If you excel in managing documentation and ensuring smooth office workflows, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams by organizing and managing accounting documentation.

- Provide support with data entry to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial records.

- Collaborate with team members to facilitate reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy.

- Maintain and update office records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.

- Coordinate administrative tasks to support overall office operations.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any issues related to accounting or documentation.

- Monitor and report on the status of accounting documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Assist with preparing reports and summaries related to financial transactions and office activities.

- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures in all administrative and accounting tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative office roles, ideally within the higher education sector.

- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Basic knowledge of financial reconciliations and the ability to support related tasks.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and resolve issues.

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
