Dealership Accounting Clerk

Camping World is seeking a  
** Dealership Accounting Clerk
** to join our team in Coburg (Eugene), Oregon.

This role helps support the dealership with various accounting related tasks.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Post vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and process check runs

+ Work closely vendors and dealership departments to resolve billing discrepancies

+ Process and record warranty cancellation refunds to customers & lienholders

+ Process title & registration transactions

+ Daily cash balancing and deposit procedures

+ Weekly reviews of general ledger schedules, including resolving issues that arise

+ Other tasks and projects as needed

** What You'll Need to Have for the Role:*
* + Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

+ Self-motivation with emphasis on accuracy, resourcefulness, and organization

+ Strong communication and follow-up skills

+ Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook

+ Basic understanding of accounting principles - debits, credits, etc.

+ May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

* The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

** Pay Range:*
* $18.90-$22.85 Hourly
