Shift: 7 pm - 3 am, Sunday-Thursday; 4 am - 12 pm, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Agent to join our team.

As a Repossession Agent, you will interact with our customers, investigate and track the known locations of vehicles out for repossession, secure them, and tow the vehicles to our storage facility.

• Identify the location of vehicles that need to be repossessed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant city and state laws and client and company policies during the repossession process.
• Safely and efficiently repossess vehicles, transporting to designated location.
• Report repossession and provide detailed documentation via photographs and written reports the condition of vehicles at the time of repossession, noting any damages or issues.
• Handle potentially difficult or confrontational situations calmly and professionally, displaying standards and expectations of Inter Link Recovery when interacting with public and/or customers.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and within designated timeframe.
• Perform and record daily inspection of company assigned truck.
• Always prioritize safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Clean, presentable appearance.
• Proven reliability and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to obtain DOT card, minimum 23 years old.
• Must be able to work day/night/overnight shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Prior experience driving box trucks, tow trucks, other commercial use trucks desired; repossession, law enforcement, investigative work, or related experience may be beneficial.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Spanish/English bilingual highly desired.
