Security Guard - Medical Campus Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely communication with site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas during patrols, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor way finding and/or directions to departments.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and/or electronic systems, and relay pertinent information during shift handoff.
