• Previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry

• Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical skills for market trend evaluation
• Experience in recruiting and developing sales talent
• Background in sports or athletics, emphasizing teamwork and competition
