Your Day to Day as a Senior Manufacturing Data Analyst:This tactical, hands‑on, results‑driven leadership position will work with cross‑functional teams to build and sustain a continuous improvement culture focused on operational excellence. The Senior Manufacturing Data Analyst will develop, implement, and maintain data‑driven systems and processes that support manufacturing operations, systems development, and enterprise‑level decision‑making. This role requires strong technical depth, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and the leadership skills to influence improvement initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- Analyze manufacturing, operational, and system performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Extract, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources, including SAP, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop, automate, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support manufacturing and business operations.
- Present data and analysis in clear, actionable formats to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Develop and support data visualization tools, applications, and reports to facilitate complex decision‑making.
- Work across all levels of the organization to systematically identify, develop, implement, and track system and process improvements.
- Support and enhance in‑house Excel, VBA, and related analytical applications.
- Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to upgrade, automate, and improve reporting capabilities.
- Provide system and data support for business and production operations.
- Make data‑driven recommendations to management regarding future projects, investments, and improvement initiatives.
- Support department training activities related to systems, tools, and data usage.
- Minor business travel may be required.
- Bachelor degree in applicable field, advance degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in at least two of the following disciplines – Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Project Controls, Legal, Procurement; and typically six (6) years of related project experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively with partner organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data from multiple systems.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Programming experience with Microsoft technologies (VBA, C#, , ASP.NET) or similar languages is a plus.
