This is a great opportunity to partner with hiring managers and help shape the talent strategy for critical roles.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30 requisitions at a time, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top-quality talent.
• Focus on recruiting for corporate accounting and finance positions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and best practices throughout the hiring process.

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, specifically for accounting and finance roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A consultative approach when working with both candidates and internal managers.
