The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the community’s profitability and census goals. You will coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs.
Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed:
Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p - Wage: $65,000 per year
