What you will do:

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi Senior Care , you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi Senior Care Framework/ Docu Track pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

  • Efficient order entry and follow-up
  • Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
  • Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What you will bring:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
  • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
  • Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
