Pay Range: $63,800 - $88,800

What You Will Do
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with a talented team to:
- Engineer solutions to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT departments, minimizing downtime and boosting performance.
- Develop and update PLC, VFD, and HMI programs using platforms like Rockwell and Siemens.
- Maintain National Instruments LabVIEW code for testing applications.
- Collaborate with various teams to support facility projects and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage projects and lead initiatives that align with Lincoln Electric’s 2025 Higher Standard Goals.
Education and Experience Requirements
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds! Your qualifications will determine your job level and pay grade:
- Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Engineer III: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, capable of solving complex problems independently.
- Engineer IV: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, recognized as an expert in your field.
Experience and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical CAD software.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and test equipment.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and basic networking concepts.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
