About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need—right when they need it the most. You’ll play a pivotal role in our fast‑paced environment by building connections with our diverse customer base and processing transactions (i.e., check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments) while providing exceptional in‑store experiences. Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $17.25 per hour. This is one element of our total compensation package.

What You’ll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Offer personalized financial services tailored to customers.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in POS system.
  • Build new business through daily call campaigns.
  • Assist in account management and collections, accept payments, manage appointments.
  • Perform outside‑office duties when applicable, including vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing; participate in in‑store and community events.
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow security protocols and opening/closing procedures, manage vault and cash drawer.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a full‑time schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends. Minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule and hours are subject to change by brand; discuss with recruiter.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Minimum age 18 (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required.
  • Physical demands: remaining stationary/standing up to 90% of time, moving up to 25 lbs, operating keyboard.
Nice to Haves

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
  • Cash handling and cash drawer/vault management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, personal vehicle; mileage compensated.
