Account Development Manager Residential Repaint

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is hiring an Account Development Manager
- Residential Repaint
. You will be responsible for growing our residential repaint sales in the Etobicoke, ON market. You will work in a remote environment with regular travel to visit stores and customers.

• Primary focus and accountability to drive profitable sales and grow our residential repaint segment focused on premium paint and coatings products.
• Execute all aspects of the business strategy for the residential repaint segment.
• Manage the current residential repaint business along with generating new business.
• Collaborate and partner with PPC stores, reps, as well as the training and marketing teams to grow the business.
• Manage customer relationships, driving profitable growth and innovation in the residential repaint segment across the region.
• Manage lost customer relationships, gaining back a previous customer base.
• Manage lead generation of residential repaint customers in the market.
• Facilitate product training for customers.
• Champion business ideas, recommendations, and points of view with the customer.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of sales experience, outside sales preferred with a hunter's mentality.
• Bi‑lingual, Spanish/French language proficiency is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM software experience is preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
• Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 with bonus.
