We are looking for a dynamic individual with great people skills, for part time or full-time position as a Spa Sales Associate at our well established Spa in Etobicoke’s Kingsway neighbourhood. Key responsibilities include delivering high level of customer service, meeting sales goals, effectively managing front desk and overall operational responsibilities.

Job Summary
The Spa Sales Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support within the spa environment. This position involves assisting clients with their needs, maintaining a serene atmosphere, and ensuring that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and beauty, with a strong commitment to enhancing the client experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about spa services and treatments.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their bookings and processing of payments
• Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products, gift cards)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including treatment rooms and common spaces.
• Prepare treatment rooms for services, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready.
• Provide support to therapists and estheticians during treatments as needed.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Promote spa products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new treatments to provide accurate information to clients.
• Monitoring and handling of requests/queries via media tools, email, website

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency, College/University is an asset
• Minimum of 1-2 years sales, customer service experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a spa, wellness or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
• Desire to pursue a high level of customer service
• Ability to organize and set work priorities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products is an asset, but not mandatory
