Join Ontario Power Generation (OPG) as a Co‑Op Student in Communications, Graphic Design & Indigenous Relations for the Summer 2026 term. This contract position (4 or 8 months) offers on‑site work in Durham/Etobicoke with 10% travel, a day shift, and an hourly salary of $32.78–$43.68.

Key Accountabilities- Contribute to real‑world projects that align with your field of study and career interests.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project goals and deliverables.
- Apply classroom knowledge to practical, hands‑on work assignments.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes relevant to the industry.
- Assist with day‑to‑day tasks and ensure smooth operations within your assigned department.
- Take ownership of delegated responsibilities and deliver quality results.
- Communicate effectively with team members, mentors, and stakeholders.
- Engage in mentorship opportunities to gain insights and guidance from experienced professionals.
- Currently enrolled as a full‑time, post‑secondary student in a recognized institution, pursuing one of the following areas of study:
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Indigenous Relations/Studies
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Multimedia
- Graphic / Visual Design
- Environment
- Have completed a minimum of 1st year in college or an undergraduate program at university by the start of the opportunity.
- Returning to full‑time studies in the same program following the completion of the work term or require the work term or co‑op placement to graduate.
- Have a minimum average of 70% cumulative GPA (transcript must be included in application).
