Hiring Requirements:
As a General Production Worker at Bimbo Bakehouse, you will be:

Scaling, Mixing, and Distribution experience is an asset.

Be able to perform physically demanding work (up to 50lbs).

Mechanical aptitude is an asset.

Depending on production requirements, associates may be assigned alternate duties and additional responsibilities.

Start times, scope and duties of this position may change periodically.

Possess good hand-eye coordination.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Able to follow GMP & Food Safety regulations.

Demonstrate attention to detail while working in a safe manner.

Flexible schedule and open to working additional hours, as the production site operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Depending on production requirements, associates may be assigned alternate duties and additional responsibilities.

Able to work independently and as a team member.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have an excellent work and attendance record.
