Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Leasing Manager to join the team at Thorncrest Ford
. The Leasing Manager will play a pivot role within the dealership, reporting directly to the General Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our active lease portfolio, maximizing lease retention, and driving new lease originations with a strong focus on Ford Credit Canada’s Red Carpet Lease Program.

Total Compensation: 100K+/yr (Potential earnings based off commission pay plan)
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of the dealership’s leasing operations.
- Proactively manage and grow an established, active lease portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize lease retention and minimize portfolio attrition.
- Oversee lease renewal cycles and implement structured customer contact strategies.
- Promote and champion Ford Credit Canada’s Red Carpet Lease program.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Business Office, and Marketing to drive lease penetration.
- Monitor lease performance metrics, retention rates, and portfolio health.
- Train and coach sales staff on lease product knowledge and presentation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all manufacturer and financial services guidelines.
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our brand standards.
- Identify and capitalize on conquest and pull-ahead opportunities.
- Previous Ford dealership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Proven success in automotive leasing, F&I, or sales management.
- Strong working knowledge of Ford Credit Canada lease products and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage lease portfolios and retention campaigns.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and CRM discipline.
- Valid OMVIC License
