Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy - Sites

Accountabilities:

• Dispensing and distribution of medications (including individual patient prescriptions ward stock and narcotics), non-sterile and sterile compounding (including TPN, CIVA and chemotherapy preparation) inventory control
• Other duties as assigned

• Currently licensed pharmacy technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Hospital experience preferred
• Registration with the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technicians preferred
• Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills
• Computer experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
• Experience in the manufacturing of sterile and non-sterile products preferred
• May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites

Hours:

Currently evenings/nights, 8 and 12 hours including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)

Salary:
Minimum: $ 31.33 per hour
Maximum: $38.60 per hour
