$70,000-$100,000

• Registered member of the CMTO, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience
• Strong foundation in injury-based treatment and clinical assessment

• Deliver a variety of massage therapy techniques, including deep tissue therapeutic work
• Conduct 60-minute assessments and 30-minute one‑on‑one treatment sessions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans focused on client outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records

• Self‑motivated, mature, and comfortable working autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong case management and client engagement abilities
• Interest in brand building, customer service, social media, and marketing
• Open to feedback, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable providing constructive feedback to leadership
• Highly reliable and professional
