We are seeking an Executive Financial Administrator for our client in Wealth Management! Location is in Etobicoke, ON.
$21.50/Hr | In-Office | Immediate Start
Monday – Friday
9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Complete account opening documentation and other client administrative paperwork for mailing or secure electronic delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system
- Prepare, organize, and manage client files and documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry and documentation related to internal systems and platforms
- Provide general administrative support to the advisor to support day-to-day operations
- Previous financial services administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, polished, and comfortable in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF documentation)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes (training provided as needed)
