Are you handy? Are you mechanically inclined and like to tinker in the yard? We have an open opportunity to maintain the facilities at our Oxbow location. This position is responsible for building and yard maintenance along with assisting the Service, Parts and Sales departments with a variety of tasks such as organizing the yard, running for parts, piloting for a semi, as well as grass cutting and snow removal.

• Grass cutting and snow removal

• Are a self starter and can recognize tasks that need doing without being asked
• Strive to be exceptionally organized and meticulously neat
• Like variety in your day
• Are a team player and strive to exceed expectations
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial buildings
• Familiar with requirements of commercial building maintenance
• Work independently with little or no supervision, self‑motivated
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft 365 (training provided)
• Experience working cooperatively in a team environment
• Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Willing to live within 50 km of the dealership
• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance of agricultural and turf equipment following technical manual procedures
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
• An adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities
