• Support and collaborate with other UX researchers on generative and evaluative research with assistive technology users
• Identify pain points, preferences, and behaviors through user interviews and document findings
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights
• Provide clear and timely project updates to team members,
• Maintain internal customer documentation and track deliverables via project management systems

• 1+ years of experience facilitating user interviews on digital products in a UXR context
• Ability to define research goals, articulate hypotheses, and apply appropriate research methods
• Experience translating research findings into thematic insights
• Strong analytical, communication, and team skills
• Organized with the ability to manage a large volume of tasks independently

• Experience with assistive technology or engaging with assistive technology users
