What You’ll Be DoingAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Centre where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll develop a deep understanding of your personal and small‑business clients’ needs and recommend simple, personalized solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. You’ll manage, either individually or as part of a team, a portfolio of mortgage clients with a focus on deepening the client relationship.
To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on‑site full‑time.
How You’ll Succeed- Client engagement – Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan.
- Relationship building – Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities.
- Business development – Create relationships by networking with clients’ families and friends to uncover opportunities and refer to appropriate partners.
- Leveraging technology – Introduce clients to our mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.
- You put our clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
- You’re goal‑oriented, motivated by achieving your goals and delivering your best.
- You know that details matter and your critical thinking skills inform your decision making.
- You’re passionate about people and find meaning in relationships.

- You have 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice‑based conversations.
- You are a certified professional with current accreditation in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada) and must meet eligibility for CIRO‑MFD licensing. Current CFSA accreditation is an asset.
