Channel Lead – Target; CPG | Target

We’re a fast-growing men’s hair care brand looking for a Channel Lead to fully own our Target business
.

This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy role for someone who has directly managed the Target account from the brand/vendor side and understands Target systems, compliance, forecasting, and retail operations.

• Purchase Orders & routing compliance
• Warehouse coordination & OTIF performance
• Communication with Buyer, Inventory Analyst & Merchant teams
• Forecasting & inventory planning
• Reporting & business analytics
• Promotions & line review support
• Invoicing, deductions & payment follow-up

This is not a coordination role — this is full ownership of the channel.

• Direct experience managing Target from the vendor side
• Strong forecasting & inventory planning skills
• Experience handling chargebacks/deductions
• Advanced Excel / Sheets
• Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable

• Real decision-making authority
• Direct exposure to leadership
• High-growth brand
• Work with smart, driven operators
