This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Estero, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with their product selections, creating and presenting sales proposals, maintaining product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the design and contracting teams to ensure project alignment.

The role requires building strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Strong sales and customer service skills to understand client needs and deliver outstanding service
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in design or familiarity with cabinetry and renovations is an advantage
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales software
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and contracting teams
• Prior experience in a retail or home improvement sales environment preferred
