Front‑end checkout associates operate registers by greeting customers, ringing up items, processing payments, and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Operate cash registers accurately.
• Ring up items and process payments.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Stand for extended periods as required.
