Job Description

Join Target as a Specialty Sales Consultant (Style, Tech, Beauty). As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a well-merchandised sales floor.

The role includes tasks such as:

• Executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, & use to solve & support guest needs.
• Sorting truck freight, pushing freight to the sales floor, and locating merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Maintaining product availability and a full floor pad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity.
• Creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.

Requirements:

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
