• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Turn prospective home buyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
• Find potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
• Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams
• Be the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process
• Follow-Up, Don’t Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long‑term clients

• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

$80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
