$33.37 - $45.05 per hour

The Adult Endocrinology office located in Bonita Springs is seeking an experienced RN for the RN Clinical Team Lead position. The RN Clinical Team Lead provides clinical oversight for the practice, assists with training, adherence to policies and procedures, and helps provide an exceptional patient experience. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience; outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This includes:

• Safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Exhibiting critical thinking and problem solving as a clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader, and professional development mentor.
• Collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Contributing to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant RN experience in an area of specialty.
• Certification in appropriate specialty preferred. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for the specialty within 90 days of employment. BLS required.
• State of Florida RN license.
• Project management and quality improvement experience preferred.
• Above average communication skills.
• Adaptable and participative with technology changes.
