Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging Ulta Beauty guests and offering friendly, prompt, and courteous service.;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and meet sales goals.;
Inform guests of current promotions and events and confidently invite them to try services with knowledgeable product/service recommendations.;
Support the services team by managing the services booking system, guest records, and salon traffic flow.;
Maintain store operational standards including cleanliness and inventory, and assist with safety and sanitation procedures.
