• Accurately record daily revenue journals and assist with basic financial reconciliations and reports.
• Support cash management and operational processes including bank deposits, cash audits, and reviewing petty cash accounts.
• Review accuracy of accounts payable invoices, ensure timely approvals from the department leaders, and complete reconciliation after payments are issued.
• Assist in preparing and organizing accounts receivable statements, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them with support.
• Act as a liaison between managers, vendors, and coworkers to support the resort’s overall financial health and efficiency.
• Ensure established accounting procedures, GAAP guidelines, and internal controls are followed.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor files, collect W-9 forms, and update information in the accounting system.

• Cash handling or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with both internal departments and external vendors.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
