Enforcement Officer

Overview

DVLA Enforcement Officer — NSL delivers outsourced business services to the public and private sectors, including comprehensive parking and street management solutions. Enforcement Officers play a part by clamping untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

• Liaises with members of the public and provides advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
• Works alongside other agencies when required, including Police, DVLA and DVSA.
• Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures relevant information packs are available.
• Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose; reports faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily reports regarding activities.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
• Ability to work shifts:
  Monday – Friday 8:30–17:30 and every other Saturday 9:00–12:00
