A leading software consultancy based in Essex is expanding its engineering team and looking for three Developers across mid and senior levels. If you enjoy ownership, clean engineering, and working across a varied tech stack, this is a strong next step.

• Delphi
• C# / .NET
• SQL
• Exposure to financial or fintech software is a big fortale.

• Work across the full SDLC with strong engineering standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

• Solid experience with Delphi, C#, and SQL
• Ideally a technical degree or equivalent experience

• Leadership or mentoring experience for senior positions

• Stabile hybrid pattern (Mon/Wed in office)
