🔧 Tech Stack

* Delphi

* C# / .NET

* SQL

* Exposure to financial or fintech software is a big advantage

🧩 What You’ll Do

* Build and maintain core applications and supporting services

* Work across the full SDLC with strong engineering standards

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

 * (Senior roles) Mentor junior developers and take technical ownership

 * (Senior roles) Lead by example and contribute to architectural decisions

🎓 What You Bring

* Solid experience with Delphi, C#, and SQL

* Ideally a technical degree or equivalent experience

* Background in fintech or financial systems is highly desirable

* Strong problem‑solving mindset and a proactive approach

* Leadership or mentoring experience for senior positions
