Head of AI for leading independent Drinks Agency
Our client is seeking an innovative, strategic and commercially minded Head of AI to lead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence across their core divisions. This is a transformational role responsible for building AI capabilities that elevate creativity, strengthen operations, enhance client value and future‑proof the agency’s offering.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the businesses AI strategy and roadmap
- Identify high‑impact AI opportunities across Events, Talent, Social, PR and internal operations
- Build a scalable, secure and future‑ready AI infrastructure
- Champion responsible, ethical and transparent AI implementation
- Drive AI education and adoption across the organisation
- Lead the development of AI‑driven tools and workflows for image creation, video production, and content regeneration
- Explore and implement AI‑powered image regeneration, scene expansion, visual enhancement, motion graphics and video generation
- Build future‑ready capabilities for producing premium content without large production budgets, ensuring quality remains consistent with luxury drinks branding
- Evaluate emerging tools such as text‑to‑image, text‑to‑video, image expansion, virtual talent and synthetic environments
- Guide internal teams and clients on how AI can elevate content creation for social, PR, events and experiential storytelling
- Work with the Communications Manager to ensure visual output remains premium, consistent and aligned with brand world‑building
- Lead experimentation in AI‑led 3D visualisation, mood films, animatics and rapid visual prototyping for campaigns and pitches
- Create new AI‑driven products and services for clients (e.g., predictive insights, automated content, trend forecasting, activation optimisation)
- Develop premium‑grade AI tools designed specifically for drinks brands and hospitality culture
- Integrate AI into experiential activations, brand engagements, advocacy and global talent networks
- Enhance client reporting, personalisation and campaign performance through
- Support new business pitches with AI‑led insights and creative concepts
- Lead development of tools for:
- social content ideation & rapid prototyping
- sentiment tracking & cultural trend monitoring
- automated PR monitoring & reporting
- Work with the Communications Manager to embed AI into brand storytelling, earned media and social‑first campaigns
- Evaluate emerging tools relevant to creativity, content and narrative design
- Implement AI systems to streamline workflows across departments
- Embed intelligent automation into project planning, resource management and logistics
- Improve BA reporting flows, data capture and KPI tracking
- Enhance global talent matching using AI‑supported insights and attributes
- Establish a culture of continuous experimentation with AI
- Lead prototyping and internal testing of new models, tools and workflows
- Identify emerging platforms that support experiential and hospitality‑led engagement
- Integrate AI with real‑world activations (e.g., interactive experiences, predictive bartending insights, personalised consumer journeys)
- Develop guidelines for responsible AI use within the business
- Ensure data security, compliance and safe tool adoption
- Train internal teams and global talent on AI skillsets
- Act as the organisation’s in‑house expert on trends, risk, ethics and future developments
- Strong expertise in AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms and data systems
- Experience deploying AI in commercial, creative or marketing environments
- Ability to translate complex technology into practical business value
- Experience in drinks, luxury, hospitality or creative agencies preferred
- Understanding of experiential marketing, advocacy and cultural marketing
- Strong creative instincts with an appreciation for premium brand guardianship
- Ability to influence senior leadership and guide organisational change
- Experience managing cross‑functional AI projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Curious, experimental, hands‑on and comfortable exploring emerging technology
- Strong commercial instinct and ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Passion for transforming how brands communicate, activate and inspire audiences
