Qualified Social Worker needed for our Family Support & Protection Team , paying £288 per day!

• Position: Qualified Social Worker – Family Support & Protection
• Location: Mid Essex
• Salary: £288 per day

• Assess complex social care needs and provide support to children and families
• Develop support plans that enable children, young people, and families to build resilience. Work within statutory legal frameworks, policies, and guidance, determining when statutory intervention is required
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and the voluntary sector
• Conduct assessments and plan responses to safeguard children and promote welfare, including appropriate interventions
• Develop a child‑centred approach encouraging early intervention, prevention, and independence; influence inter‑agency planning, decision‑making, and case discussions
• Communicate assessments and professional judgements clearly in writing and verbally, including reports and court statements
• Support strategic aims to help families and individuals get the best start in life and age well
• Achieve specific individual and shared targets within the performance management framework
