Pay RangeClarity Pharma Limited provides a pay range based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with the recruiter.
Role and Responsibilities- Gain and develop new business (selling directly over the phone)
- Maintain responsibility for a database of existing and target customers
- Pro‑actively contact existing customers to maintain and grow their accounts
- Assist in resolving all customer queries, including complaints when required
- Ensure all customer enquiries are managed in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with various departments to seek further product information to resolve queries
- Develop a good working knowledge of the product range and industry to engage with customers and provide an efficient front‑line service
- Complete order processing
- Generate and calculate tenders for accounts
- Generate and communicate daily offers to target customers
- Work to Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction and performance
- Complete the daily and monthly targets set
- Follow procedures for each task and process/request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries
- Work with the Area Sales Manager on onboarding new pharmacy accounts and track account spend
- Complete various department administration as required by the business
- Previous telesales experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry & supply chain (essential)
- Experience working with Orderwise (desired)
- Proven sales record with commitment to reach targets and deadlines (essential)
- Strong commercial awareness, sound judgement and competent in making business decisions (essential)
- Strong computer skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills (essential)
- Good administrative and organisational skills (essential)
- Pro‑active, hard‑working with a positive can‑do attitude (essential)
- Self‑initiating and able to work both independently and as part of a team (essential)
- Confident and innovative approach to work (essential)
