Class 1 Personnel are expanding its chef network and is looking for talented, reliable freelance chefs to work across a wide range of kitchens and events across Essex

• Confident working in fast-paced or unfamiliar kitchens

• Flexible with shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Depending on your experience level, duties may include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to specification
• Supporting service across multiple kitchen sections
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Assisting with menu preparation and stock rotation
• Leading sections or supervising junior staff (senior roles)
• Stepping into short-notice temporary shifts with confidence
