Position: Paint Sprayer (Temporary)
Paint Sprayer - Colchester (Langham, Essex) - £16.50 P/h (DOE) - temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing business based in the Langham, area near Colchester. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, progression, and pay increases once permanent. You will be responsible in each stage of the process from prepping to paint spraying and finishing. Due to location, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Preparing metal components prior to painting (cleaning, masking, sanding)
Spray painting steel and other fabricated metal products
Ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes to specification
Working with wet paint systems and industrial coatings
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the paint area
Following health & safety and quality procedures

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or metalwork environment
Experience working with steel or similar metal materials
Confident using spray guns and paint preparation equipment
Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

What's On Offer

£14.00 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
All spray guns, paint equipment, and PPE will be provided.
