• Oversee day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, including industrial estates, office spaces, and retail assets
• Prepare and monitor service charge budgets
• Manage landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate reporting

• Strong experience in commercial property management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards
• MRICS or Assoc
  
  RICS preferred (support available)

• Support for professional qualifications
