The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the operational management of within our Care Group. You will work closely with Clinical Leads, Matrons, and senior managers to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role includes deputising for the General Manager and leading division-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visible leadership and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Manage service delivery, ensuring compliance with national and local performance targets.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
- Drive service improvement, digital innovation, and governance compliance.
- antigo workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development.
About You:
- Relevant experience within the NHS or Healthcare
- Proven operational management experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and NHS performance standards.
- Experience in service redesign and project management.
