Based in Essex, our client are a leading, modern and progressive law firm of great calibre, with a superb array of clients that include public companies, pension funds, banks, British and European retailers, developers and leisure operators.

They now wish to strengthen the commercial real estate team and are willing to consider candidates from newly qualified upwards, from either a regional or London background to work alongside a very supportive partner.

You will be enthusiastic, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice including, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, the property aspects of corporate transactions, landlord and tenant matters, development and property finance.
